Bayou Chocolat HOTAP
Bayou Chocolat is a Marquette-based Cajun band playing traditional Cajun music from Southwest Louisiana. The group plays traditional Cajun instruments including twin fiddles, rhythm guitars, upright bass, single row diatonic button accordion and T-fer (triangle). Lyrics are sung in Cajun French. March 15 is Hiawatha on Tap (HOTAP) at Ore Dock Brewing from 6-8 pm featuring Sons of the Never Wrong! $10 for non-members and $5 for Hiawatha members. Hiawatha Music Co-Op and Ore Dock Brewing Co. are kicking off the New Year with a HOTAP on Wednesday, January 17 from 6-8 pm. This event is focused on Preserving the Roots: Celebrating Women of Traditional Music. We are so excited to have 10+ exceptional musicians performing!
