Bayou Chocolat HOTAP

Bayou Chocolat is a Marquette-based Cajun band playing traditional Cajun music from Southwest Louisiana. The group plays traditional Cajun instruments including twin fiddles, rhythm guitars, upright bass, single row diatonic button accordion and T-fer (triangle). Lyrics are sung in Cajun French. The band also provides insights into Cajun history and culture. Bayou Chocolat plays a variety of two steps and waltzes, so bring your dancing shoes! Laissez Les Bon Temps Roulez!

In the photo, band members from left to right are: Eric Brown, Maggie Morgan, Sharon Vierk, Gail Brayden, Lynn Baldwin, and Sally May.
