Hiawatha Holiday Gift Baskets Help to Support Co-op, Local Businesses
As the holiday season quickly approaches and many local businesses are still feeling the impact of the pandemic, the Hiawatha Music Co-op has begun offering the sale of special gift baskets to help support the work of the Co-op and some of the local businesses that have provided long-standing support to the organization.
Gift baskets will be available for sale mid-November through mid-December and provide a variety of options for gratitude and holiday gift-giving. Baskets will feature Hiawatha Music Co-op merchandise as well as items from local businesses impacted by the pandemic. Partnering local businesses include Ore Dock Brewing Company, Donckers, Dead River Coffee, Getz’s, and Yooptone Music.
Items from local businesses are either purchased by the Co-op or donated by the business to support the work of the Co-op. Basket themes include: Happy Hiawatha, Music is Brewing, Join in the Fun (Membership Basket), Cheers to Music, Traditional Music, Toasty Tunes, In Tune, Play On, Acoustic Tent and Music for All.
“We are excited to offer the community local gift options that will not only help provide funding for the Co-op and the wonderful programs its offers, but also provide recognition and support for these wonderful businesses,” said Sue Bertram, Board Director and Events Chair. “Baskets will be available in a variety of sizes and prices – we’ll have something for everyone.”
Baskets are available for safe, curb-side pickup or delivery. Contact the Hiawatha Music Co-op to schedule a pick-up or free local delivery on select days. Shipping is also available outside of the area for an additional charge for packaging and shipping.
Basket sales will run through December 15th while supplies last. To order, visit the Hiawatha Store Holiday Basket link. Buy local and help keep the music going and our local businesses humming!
