Food Concessions
We have contracted the following food concessionaires for the 2010 Hiawatha Festival. We hope you will enjoy some meals and snacks with them during the weekend.
Donut Diner: donuts, pretzels, coffee, pop, slushes
Beaver Grove Bison: bison burgers, bison brats, beverages, etc.
Domino's Pizza: pizza, buffalo wings, breadsticks
Rampagin' Cajun: jambalaya, crawfish etouffee, gumbo, bignets, catfish, etc.
Black Morel Catering/Pink Flame-n-go: Jamaican jerk chicken, fried rice, pulled BBQ pork sandwich, corn dogs, hotdogs, soft pretzels, fries
T's taste of Chicago: Vienna hot dogs, Chicago-style hot dogs, Polish sausage, brats, nachos, Italian beef
Dead River Coffee: coffee, pop, baked goods, water, tea, lemonade, smoothies
Double T Treats: packaged ice-bream novelties, bottled water, soda, energy drinks
Cafe' Bliss: pancakes, Indian, Thai, Chinese, Greek, Mexican
K's Oriental: sweet and sour chicken, cashew chicken, rangoons, egg rolls
Frank's Greek Delights: gyros, sishkabobs, chicken divine, Philly steak, Greek salad
Sweet or Salty: Popcorm, caramel corn, cotton candy. Welcome back, Tom and Karen!
Rubaiyat: MiddleEastern, Mediterranean and Indian food

In early spring 2011, we will mail combined contract/applications for our event to our recent vendors and other interested food businesses. If you've asked to be considered and do not receive that mailing, please contact us, as noted above. Our 2011 Festival dates are July 22-24, 2011.
Please understand that our vendor space and electrical capacity are limited. Concessionaires in good standing from the previous year will be given first consideration. We reserve the right to decline any and all applications.
Our food vendors must meet safety standards and license requirements set by the Marquette County Health Department and the Marquette Fire Department - including all fireproof tents, canopies and tarps.
